How to Reserve Your Wedding Block:

Reserving a wedding block at Hotel Roslyn is simple and seamless. To ensure availability and secure the best rates for your guests, please follow these easy steps:

Contact us: Reach out to Ellen at ellen@hotelroslyn.com to discuss your wedding date, wedding block name, room preferences, and any special requests.
Personal Touch: We will work with you to create a customized wedding block that suits your needs and exceeds your expectations. We do not require a deposit to setup a block, and we will hold the rooms for you up until two months before the check-in date. At that time we will release any unclaimed rooms to the public and you will not be charged for any of the unclaimed rooms released.
Guest Reservations: Once your wedding block is set up, your guests are ready to start booking via phone. Our lobby can be reached at +1 (509) 649 - 3852 and is open 10-6pm, closed on Wednesdays. All they need to mention is the name of the wedding block, and the date, in order for us to book them within your block.
