How do I reserve rooms with you for my wedding?

We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to make sure that your date(s) are available. We can do all 11 rooms (assuming all are available), or go over the room types with you to let you choose which ones you'd like to include in your rooming block.

Rooming Blocks

Rooming blocks are a great way to guarantee that all your loved ones will stay together in one place. No outside reservation can be made while your rooming block is in place, and all your guests have to call in and confirm the name of the wedding block in order to claim a room(s) for themselves. Meaning that all rooms in the rooming block will appear as unavailable via our online booking. 


We do not require any deposit at the time of making your wedding block. However, the guests are required to book their room(s) at the minimum of the date(s) that your block is reserved. For example, if your wedding block is for 2 nights the guests need to book their room at a minimum of those two nights, or more. 


We will hold your rooming block up until one month prior to arrival, at that time we will release any unclaimed room(s) to the public. 

What's included? 

We offer delicious welcome gifts to all your guests from Lemon Thyme Macarons! If you have welcome gifts/bags/ideas of your own please feel free to drop those off with us prior to the check-in time so that we can help run them for you to all the rooms. 

Guaranteed Check-In time: 4:00pm.

If you and any of your guests are checking-in day of the wedding, we might not be able to accommodate everyone with an early check-in request if the ceremony starts before 4:00pm. Early check-in can be requested day of arrival and we will do our very best to accommodate this as soon as your room is available (wedding party is prioritized). However, we advise that you book your room(s) to arrive one day early to make sure everything runs smooth day of!


Check-Out time: 11:00am.

We encourage you to party hard but ask that you let us know of any late check-out requests in a timely manner, and respect that we do charge a late check-out fee of $50 if the request is approved. The only reason for it to not be approved is if too many guests have asked for a late check-out and we have a high number of turns that day.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made no later than 7 days in advanced for a full refund. Your 30% deposit is non-refundable beyond this time period. All cancellations made within 48hrs of arrival are non-refundable at the full charge of the reservation and cannot be changed.


Lobby Open Hours

Our lobby is open 10am to 6pm daily except for Wednesdays (closed). If you need any assistance outside of our operating hours please call our non-emergency after hours phone at 509.412.4502.


Pets are allowed to visit in our lobby only, all room types have a strict no pet policy.



Hotel Roslyn reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred to the property by guests during their stay and may apply an additional cleaning fee as a result of the damages.​ All of our rooms, patios, and common areas are non-smoking and is subject to a fee if ignored.
