Terms and Conditions
Cancellations must be made no later than 7 days in advance of the check-in date for a full refund. Your 30% deposit is non-refundable beyond this time period, but the reservation can be moved to a future date. All cancellations made within 48hrs of your check-in date are non-refundable and are not allowed to be shortened or moved to a future date.
3rd Party Reservations: If reservation was secured through a booking agency and not directly with Hotel Roslyn you must make all changes including cancellations with that booking agency directly and within their allowable time-frame. All late cancellations will result in a charge for the full reservation, including taxes. This includes, but is not limited to, reservations made through Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO & AirBnB. Hotel Roslyn is not authorized to cancel or modify these reservations.
You will be charged 30% of total cost at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to your card automatically 2 days prior to arrival.

We only accept credit/debit card payment for all reservations and purchases at this hotel. Your payment information can be shared at the time of booking, either online or over the phone. We do not accept any payment information to be shared via email or text.
A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2-days prior to arrival. When all has been paid in full (2-days prior to arrival) you'll receive a unique key code and instructions on how to access your unit to eliminate the tedious check in processes for our guests that is commonly experienced at other hotels. Because you will have the code before you arrive, it's required to collect payment in advance.
Pets are permitted in the lobby only. All guest rooms have a strict no-pet policy, and a Pet Fee will apply if this rule is not followed. Service animals are welcome; however, we kindly request that you notify us in advance by phone or email to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you make a reservation. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep any and all information confidential. After a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers.
Guaranteed check-in time is at 4:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am.
Early check-in can be requested day of arrival and we will do our very best to accommodate this as soon as your room is available. In the meantime while you might have to wait, you're welcome to explore the many local shops and dining spots that Roslyn has to offer.
Late check-out can be requested day of departure and is subject to a fee.
Your comfort and safety are our top priority. In the event that I-90 is officially closed for 3 hours or more on the scheduled arrival date of your reservation, the following options will be available:
Full Refund – You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of all charges.
Future Stay Credit – Alternatively, you may reschedule your stay for a future date at the same reservation value, subject to availability.
This policy applies only to official closures of I-90 that directly impact travel to Hotel Roslyn on the day of your scheduled arrival.
