Location: Hotel Roslyn, 103 W Washington AVE, Roslyn, WA 98941

Position: Receptionist/Store Associate and Housekeeping

Schedule: Seasonal Part-time | Thursdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Fridays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Sundays 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $23/hour

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude to join our small team at our 13-room boutique hotel. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in cleanliness, stays organized, and provides thoughtful, friendly service to every guest. This role includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel, assisting with front desk responsibilities, and delivering excellent customer service. In addition to our guest rooms, the hotel features a small gift shop in the lobby — The Boutique at Hotel Roslyn.

Responsibilities:

Handle receptionist tasks such as answering phone calls/emails, assisting guests with inquiries, and managing reservations.
Greet guests and visitors in our boutique located in our lobby and provide product knowledge as they explore our many unique offerings.
Perform cleaning duties throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Work directly with Ellen and Faith to assist, and grow, the Hotel Roslyn brand.
Assist with other work duties as assigned and needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer experience preferred.
