Book with confidence at our Standard Rate. Plans change, so you can modify or cancel at no charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to our cancellation policy.

We're proud to honor those who serve. Military members (active duty, reserve and veterans) and first responders (police, fire, EMS) receive 10% off our Standard Rate. Please be prepared to show a valid military or department ID upon request. Enjoy the same flexibility as our Standard Rate: change or cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival.

Our best savings go to guests who plan early. Book at least 90 days before your arrival and enjoy 15% off our Standard Rate. Please note: the full stay is charged at the time of booking, and reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Save 15% on stays with nights Monday through Thursday only (check-in as early as Monday, check-out as late as Friday). Stays that include a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night are not eligible. Excludes major U.S. holidays. Same flexible cancellation terms as our Standard Rate.

Save 20% when you stay with us for 7 consecutive nights or longer. If you check out before completing 7 nights, your stay will be recalculated at the applicable Standard Rate.

Save 50% when you stay with us for 30 consecutive nights or longer. If you check out before completing 30 nights, your stay will be recalculated at the applicable Standard Rate.

We're pleased to welcome government travelers. This rate is available to federal, state and local government employees traveling on official business. Please be prepared to show a valid government ID or travel orders upon request. Rates may be adjusted on weekends and major U.S. holidays. Change or cancel free of charge up to 2 days before your arrival date. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival incur a $25 fee for each night cancelled.
