Terms and Conditions


RESERVATIONS:
Guarantee Policy-All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card when booking. A deposit of 30% of total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking. Payment in full is due 2 days in advance of arrival. If a reservation is made less than 5 days in advance of arrival, payment in full will be collected at time of booking.
 
All prices posted are for maximum occupancy as stated in room description. 

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am.

Must be 21 years of age to make a reservation. You may be required to show proof of age upon check in. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations booked directly with Hotel Roslyn via website, phone call or in person are subject to the following-
Notice of cancellation must be given 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date by 3:00 p.m. Late cancellations will result in a charge 30% of the full reservation, including taxes. 

Please check your driving routes ahead of time, as road closures/detours do not change our cancellation policy.

3rd Party Reservations:  If reservation was secured through a booking agency and not directly with Hotel Roslyn you must make all changes including cancellations with that booking agency directly and within their allowable time-frame. All late cancellations will result in a charge for the full reservation, including taxes. This includes, but is not limited to, reservations made through Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO & AirBnB. Hotel Roslyn is not authorized to cancel or modify these reservations.


PET POLICY:
Hotel Roslyn currently does not allow pets. We know that pets are family and often travel companions so, for your convenience and peace of mind, we have partnered with a local company that is happy to pamper your pet. Just up the road from the Hotel, Bord and Pillar, offers pet boarding, grooming and specialized spa treatments for your dog or cat.

SMOKING POLICY:
Hotel Roslyn is a non-smoking property. Smoking products of any sort are prohibited in all rooms and all private patios. This includes, but is not limited to tobacco, marijuana and all smoke-producing products such as cigars, vaporizers, etc.  A minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the credit card on file if smoking is detected in the room or on a patio.

WINTER TRAVEL:
Please check your travel routes ahead of time and be prepared for winter driving. Snoqualmie Pass (I-90) and Hwy 10 and are well maintained by WSDOT. We do not waive the cancellation policy for winter weather driving unless; both routes are closed for 3 hours or more on your scheduled date of arrival. Please check your travel routes ahead of time and be prepared for winter driving. Passes can close anytime of the year for maintenance or weather; however, as long as there is a route open for travel to Roslyn, you will be held responsible for your reservation.

GUEST CONDUCT:
Quiet hours on site are observed from 10pm- 8am. If a guests conduct incurs the complaints of other guests as a result of disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, violation of smoking or pets policy, or repeated noise complaints; then the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If rooms or other areas of the hotel are damaged, the full cost of damages will be charged to the credit card on file within 48 hours. 
Excessive cleaning fee $250. Pet or Smoke detection cleaning fee $250. Furniture or structural damage fee will be assessed and charged at full repair or replacement cost. 

TAXES
**Tax not included in nightly rates**
All rooms are subject to 8% Sales Tax and 6% Lodging Tax
Policies, rates and fees are subject to change without notice.

By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each unit. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
